I'm Ana Cristina Moreira dos Santos, I highly accomplished HR consultant and business leader based in Miami, I have over a decade of professional experience in leadership and human resources with a strong academic foundation, including a Master’s in Business Management. I bring unparalleled expertise in people management, strategic leadership, and process optimization to organizations aiming for excellence.
I'm a member of the Human Capital Institute (HCI), A c a d e m i c of Human Resources Development (AHRD), National Human Resources Association (NHRA) and The Society for Human Resources (SHRM).
My Story
My journey in business and human resources began over a decade ago in São Paulo, Brazil, where my passion for leadership and teamwork took shape. With a degree in Human Resources and an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), I spent 10 years managing big team operations, honing my skills in leadership, process optimization, and people development.
In 2020 I moved to Miami to study English and Spanish and saw the potential of the market in my area and began my entrepreneurial journey by founding AC Consulting Corp, where I help businesses strengthen their HR strategies and unlock the potential of their teams. For me, consulting is more than just a job—it’s a way to positively impact businesses and the lives of those who work in them.
